Existing Clients - Forms & Transactions

  1. RRSP Homebuyer's Withdrawal Form
    Use this form to withdraw up to $20,000 per spouse for the down-payment on first home purchase.
  2. Refund of Excess RRSP Contributions
    Use this form if you find out from your Notice of Assessment that you had contributed over your maximum RRSP Contribution Limit (you are allowed $2000 over without penalty)
  3. Request to Reduce Tax Deductions at Source
    Use this form if you have contributed to your RRSP early. Once CRA approves your request, they will send a letter authorizing your Employer to reduce the amount of taxes withheld at source which means that you will have more money in your pocket throughout the year instead of waiting to file in the Spring of the following year for a tax refund.
  4. SIN Card Application (apply for your child’s SIN so they can open an RESP) - ON, BC, and Nova Scotia
    Use this form to apply for your child’s Social Insurance Number card so that you can open an RESP account. You can do this online at birth and actually register the birth, apply for OHIP card, and the SIN Card all at the same time with an online payment. It generally takes two months to receive the Birth Registration, OHIP, and SIN in the mail.
  5. SIN Card Application (apply for your child’s SIN so they can open an RESP) - All other Provinces
    Use this form to apply for your child’s Social Insurance Number card so that you can open an RESP account. You can do this online at birth and actually register the birth, apply for OHIP card, and the SIN Card all at the same time with an online payment. It generally takes two months to receive the Birth Registration, OHIP, and SIN in the mail.
  6. RESP Educational Assistance Payment Application
    Use this form and download the Redemption Request Form to withdraw funds from your existing RESP account to pay for university/college. Note that you have to request this form as each institution has their own application form.
  7. Lifelong Learning Plan Withdrawal
    Use this form if you are withdrawing funds from your RRSP to fund your own education at a qualified Post Secondary Institution
